How to Order Your Starter Kit
Follow the steps below to order your starter kit or bundle through the North Yorkshire Council Stop Smoking Service.

Work through each step in order. The screenshots below show where to click and what to check before moving on.
Choose Your Starter Kit or Bundle
Navigate to the starter kit or bundle you would like to order. On the product page, click Create Bundle to begin.
Select Your Starter Kit Components
Choose the device included with your starter kit by clicking Select. Depending on the bundle, you may also be asked to select compatible pods and a charging cable.
Choose Your E-Liquids or Prefilled Pods
Select the e-liquids or prefilled pods included with your bundle. Use the Strength filter to narrow the available options, then choose your preferred flavours. Continue until the bundle is complete and click Add to Cart.
Review Your Basket
Check that your starter kit or bundle has been added to your basket successfully. If you need to make any changes, you can return to the product page before clicking Check Out.
Create an Account or Sign In
Sign in to an existing account or click Create Account if this is your first order through the portal. Follow the on-screen instructions before continuing with checkout.
Apply Your Discount Code
Enter the discount code provided by your stop smoking advisor into the Discount code box, then click Apply. Check that the order total updates before continuing.
Complete Your Order
Review your order one final time and complete the checkout. Once the order has been placed successfully, you will see an on-screen confirmation and receive a confirmation email with your order details.
