Meet Your EDGE GO+
The EDGE GO+ uses replaceable refillable pods, allowing you to fill each pod with a compatible bottled e-liquid before fitting it into the device.
The device is draw-activated, so there is no fire button to press. Once the pod has been filled, primed and fitted correctly, simply inhale through the mouthpiece to use it.
- Rechargeable USB-C device
- Replaceable refillable pods
- Automatic draw activation
- Top-fill design beneath the removable mouthpiece
How to Fill Your EDGE GO+ Refillable Pod
Follow these three simple steps before using a new refillable pod.
Remove the Mouthpiece
Hold the pod firmly and pull the mouthpiece away from the pod. If needed, place your thumb against the mouthpiece and gently push it away to release it.
Fill the Pod
Insert the e-liquid bottle nozzle into the smaller side filling hole beneath the silicone flap. Fill slowly and do not put e-liquid into the larger central airflow opening.
Leave the Pod to Soak
Replace the mouthpiece securely and leave the pod standing upright for at least five minutes. This allows the e-liquid to soak fully into the wick and helps prevent dry or burnt hits.
How to Remove the Mouthpiece
Before filling your refillable pod, you'll need to remove the mouthpiece. It fits securely to help prevent leaks, so it may feel tight the first few times you remove it.
Something Not Working as Expected?
These checks resolve many of the most common refillable pod issues.
Burnt Taste
Make sure a new pod has been left upright for at least five minutes after filling. Replace the pod if the burnt taste continues.
Leaking
Check that the mouthpiece is fitted securely and that the pod has not been overfilled. Wipe away excess e-liquid before refitting it.
No Vapour
Check that the battery is charged, the pod is fully inserted and the contacts on the pod and device are clean and dry.
EDGE GO+ FAQs
Answers to some of the most common questions about using your EDGE GO+.
How long does a refillable pod last?
A refillable pod can last anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on how often you use your device, the e-liquid you choose and how well the pod is looked after. When the flavour becomes consistently burnt or muted, vapour production drops noticeably, or the pod begins to leak, it's time to replace it.
How long does the EDGE GO+ device last?
The EDGE GO+ features a 1500mAh rechargeable battery and is designed for repeated everyday use. With normal care, the device itself should last much longer than the refillable pods, which are consumable parts and will need replacing regularly.
How long does it take to charge the EDGE GO+?
The EDGE GO+ can be fully charged in under 30 minutes using a suitable USB-C charging cable and power source. Charge the device fully before use and disconnect it once charging is complete.
Why has my e-liquid turned brown?
It's normal for e-liquid inside the pod to gradually darken over time. Exposure to heat, air and the coil during normal use can cause the liquid to change colour. This doesn't necessarily mean the e-liquid has gone bad. However, if the liquid has become very dark and the flavour tastes burnt or unpleasant, it's usually time to replace the pod.
Why does my pod taste burnt?
A burnt taste usually means the coil isn't receiving enough e-liquid. Leave every new pod to soak for at least five minutes after filling, keep the pod topped up with e-liquid and replace the pod if the burnt taste continues.
Can I refill the pod with any e-liquid?
For the best experience, use a compatible e-liquid suitable for refillable pod devices. Using very thick e-liquids may reduce performance and shorten the life of the pod.
Why is my pod leaking?
A small amount of condensation around the pod is normal. If you notice excessive leaking, check that the mouthpiece is fitted securely, avoid overfilling the pod and ensure e-liquid has only been added through the correct filling hole.
How often should I refill the pod?
Refill the pod before the e-liquid level becomes too low. Allowing the pod to run dry can cause dry or burnt hits and may shorten the life of the pod.
